The Townhouses
Luxury 2-storey townhouses fully equipped with linen including sheets, towels and beach towels - these beach houses have luxurious appointments including a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom that overlooks the beach. Each townhouse can comfortably accommodate eight people and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 8 people stay.
There is a large living area with Plasma TV, and DVD player and a separate dining area all overlooking the view out to sea.
Each stylish home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an electric oven and either an induction cooktop or a gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave oven. All appliances are either SMEG or Baumatic and are virtually brand new. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you.
At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the ground floor bedroom with a queen sized bed. The ground floor bathroom including a shower, toilet and vanity is located adjacent to this bedroom and includes a full laundry with frontloading washing machine and dryer. The door to this bathroom and the ground floor bedroom is 920mm wide to allow for wheelchair and assisted access. There are grab rails to assist frail people around the toilet and there is no lip on the shower or doorway, facilitating use by people who are frail or needing assistance from others.
The main bedroom (king size bed), second bedroom (2 long single beds which can make up to a king bed) and third bedroom (either double bed or two single beds) are located upstairs on the first floor. The main bathroom and the master ensuite bathroom are adjacent to the bedrooms.
A full sized ironing board and iron and hairdryers complete the equipment in the units.
