Each 2 storey townhouse has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living area which looks out over the deck to the beach. There is a modern fully equiped kitchen and a full laundry. The main bedroom overlooks the sand dunes and beach from its own private balcony. Another 2 bedrooms, the main bathroom and a powder room are located on the 1st floor with the master bedroom. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area, the kitchen, the laundry, a second bathroom and the fourth bedroom overlooking the courtyard.
